Job Description Job Title: Technical Services ManagerDepartment: Engineering / Technical ServicesReports To: General ManagerJob PurposeThe Technical Services Manager is responsible for leading the Technical Services Department to ensure engineering documentation, work packages, and technical records comply with EASA Part-145 regulations, the company MOE, and Part CAMO requirements. The role ensures accurate and timely delivery of documentation to support safe and efficient maintenance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the Technical Services team, including workload distribution and performance management.Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of engineering work packages and release documentation.Oversee material requisitions to support maintenance operations.Maintain and update technical publications and maintenance documentation in line with OEM revisions.Monitor communication with customers to ensure high service standards.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.Supervise technical records and Part-145 work reports.Support operations by acting as a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) when required.Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.Participate in management meetings and safety forums.Qualifications & SkillsDegree in engineering or technical discipline (preferred).Experience in aviation maintenance or technical services management.Good knowledge of EASA Part-145 and CAMO requirements.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
