SENIOR MRICS COMMERCIAL SURVEYOR REQUIRED AS EQUITY PARTNERLocation: Stamford, LincolnshireSalary: circa £150,000 per annum at Equity Partner levelClosing Date: 31st May 2026Richardson Chartered Surveyors of Stamford are seeking to appoint an experienced MRICS Commercial Surveyor to work alongside their retiring Commercial Partner for a transitional phase, prior to elevating to the role of full Equity Partner.Our aim is facilitating the smooth and orderly transition of the department from our retiring partner across to a new, energetic and enthusiastic partner over a 1-2 year period.
