Plumbing and Heating Engineer

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our clients team based in the Stafford area! Our client is a leading estate management company looking to expand it's team with the appointment of a plumbing & heating engineer to assist with the maintenance and works required on a wide range of proprieties in it's portfolio.Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a full time, permanent basis.If successful, you will be employed directly by our client and not through an agency.Start date- Jan 2026.New year, new job! What you'll be doing: You'll be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance and repair of a range of plumbing and heating systems across our clients range of properties.Majority of the systems are oil / gas fired.Gas qualifications & OFTEC qualifications are a must.You may also be required to respond to emergency call outs as and when required, it's highly unlikely that a call out would be required, however this is something that the role would be required to cover in the off chance.On top of this, you'll be required to liaise with external contractors and other estate staff to ensure works are completed correctly and to the best standard.Pay: 38,000- 42,000 per year a host of benefits.You're annual salary will be reviewed upon completion of your probation period, with the look to increase.Hours: Monday- Friday.Hours can be made flexible for the right candidate. xjdpvnf Requirements: At least 3 years plumbing experience NVQ L2 in Plumbing or equivalent Gas qualifications Oftec qualifications Excellent standard of work A proactive approach Excellent communication skills Benefits: 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Company Pension Sick Pay- full pay if you are off sick Company van Tools Upskill courses paid for by the company to enhance your skill set Stable, long term employment What to do next: Apply below and we'll be in touch.
