Post Completions Assistant Stoke-on-TrentBe one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.A well-established and busy law firm is seeking a Post Completions Assistant to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Stoke-on-Trent.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and organised department where you will play a key role in ensuring matters are progressed smoothly from completion through to registration.What youll be doing:Taking responsibility for residential conveyancing files from completion to registration, including matters such as:Leasehold transactionsShared ownershipNew build propertiesRight to Buy casesYou will also:Prepare and submit AP1 applications to HM Land RegistryHandle Land Registry requisitions and respond within required timescalesMonitor and update registrations once completedKeep portals, lender panels and relevant systems updatedReview account ledgers and assist with file closure processesMaintain accurate and compliant file managementLiaise with clients, agents and referrers to maintain strong working relationshipsDeliver a high standard of client serviceProvide support and guidance to junior team members where requiredWork with Microsoft Office and a case management system (training available)About You:A minimum of 12 months experience in a post-completions role within residential conveyancingConfident handling registrations and Land Registry requisitionsHighly organised with strong attention to detailAble to manage deadlines and compliance requirements effectivelyA clear and professional communicator with good client care skillsComfortable xjdpvnf using case management systems and general IT softwareWhats in it for you:Competitive salary based on experience25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysBonus referral schemeHealthcare support schemePension contributionLife coverHybrid working (one day from home per week for full-time staff after probation)Home working equipment providedAccess to internal training and development coursesIf you are interested in this role contact Isabel at HarKaye!
