Youll collaborate with internal teams, attend planning meetings, and ensure all submissions meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:Write and submit high-quality, customised bids on timeAttend bid planning and kick-off meetings with relevant research preparedLiaise with internal stakeholders to gather data and inputTailor written responses to align with client needs and win themesMaintain and improve the companys bid content librarySupport the development of presentation material and occasional marketing contentAssist in post-bid reviews to continuously improve future submissions The Ideal Candidate:Educated to degree level or with 2+ years in bid writing, copywriting or sales supportStrong command of written English with the ability to write persuasively and clearlyExperience producing structured, strategy-driven contentConfident using MS Word, Excel and PowerPointHighly organised, resilient and able to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and time management skillsA strong attention to detail and a proactive attitudeIf youre a talented writer who thrives on working to deadlines and creating compelling sales content, wed love to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
