Administrator / Office AdministratorLocation: UK Headquarters in Stafford, with occasional travel for training.Base Salary £28000-32000.Company: leading supplier of disposable devices for infusion therapy.Reporting to: Office ManagerWhy This Role Stands Out:Become a pivotal part of a globally recognised company dedicated to excellence in infusion therapy. As an Administrator, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of various departments, directly contributing to the company's vision of being the leading supplier in its field.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Services/Communication: Monitor and respond to shared company mailboxes, liaise with customers, and support colleagues with information dissemination. Assist with contract management, including setting up product lists and pricing.- Commercial Administration Support: Maintain and update company price lists, generate and log quotations, and manage tender notifications. Develop a library of reference documents and manage tender proposals.- Quality Management & Health & Safety Administration: Support the Office Manager in updating and maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO9001) and Health & Safety Risk Assessments. Circulate SOPs and provide regular updates to staff.- General Responsibilities: Manage building facilities, maintain an annual calendar for building-related activities, and develop a logical file structure for company documents. Administer absence controls and arrange travel and hotel bookings when required.Skills & Experience Required:- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Business One.- Ability to follow and develop procedures.- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above.- Understanding of NHS procurement methods and supply routes is advantageous but not essential.
