Extra Recruitment are recruiting for x 2 Account Managers Executive Based in Hixon Details of an Account Manager UK (Hybrid / Field-based) Monday to Friday 38,000 - 45,000 Per Annum + Bonus Permanent Roles of a Account Manager Managing and growing existing customer accounts Developing relationships with engineers and procurement teams Identifying new opportunities within current customers Increasing share of wallet across key accounts Supporting quotation and project activity Visiting customers when required Working closely with internal engineering and commercial teams Maintaining account plans and pipeline visibility Requirements of an Account Manager Must have experience within manufacturing or engineering environments Must have account management or customer development experience Must be confident communicating with engineers and buyers Must understand technical products (e.g. cable assemblies, electronics, mechanical components) Must be commercially aware and able to identify growth opportunities Must be organised and process-driven Must be able to travel to customer sites when required Benefits of an Account Manager Uncapped commission 4,000 - 5,000 Car Allowance Pension Scheme Laptop and Mobile Phone 28 Holidays per year Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company pension Sick pay Work from home TPBN1_UKTJ
