Job Description Senior Land ReferencerSTAFFORD/ BIRMINGHAM / HYBRIDUP TO 45K + BENEFITSTML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a candidate to join their land referencing team in the Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables. Collaborating with delivery and spatial data teams, the land referencing function plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and well-documented land referencing for statutory processes including DCOs, CPOs, and TWAOs.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Leading quality assurance of land ownership data input into proprietary databasesDeveloping and refining land referencing methodologies to support project enquiriesManaging field teams and logistical processes for on-site data collectionInterpreting and analyzing complex datasets related to land and property assetsReviewing intricate title documentation and translating findings into BOR schedulesCoordinating closely with GIS and project delivery functionsParticipating in project meetings with stakeholdersProviding progress updates and reporting to internal and external teamsWHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?Degree in geography, land surveying or similar discipline which relates to land.Proven experience within land referencing working on major projects going towards DCO/CPO/TWAOsAble to manage multiple projects and team members at once.Strong communication skills and able to communicate with both internal clients and external clients and landownersFull Driving licensePeople Management skillsExperience managing Mobile data collection toolsKnowledge of GIS systems and FMEWHATS IN IT FOR YOU?Company BonusExcellent holiday of 25-30 days based on tenure + birthday day.Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leaveAccess to a 24/7 mental health & wellbeing service.An online perk portal.Volunteering Leave daysShould you be interested in this role I would be happy to share a full JD based on a discussion with myself.JBRP1_UKTJ
