Job Description Are you a highperforming sales leader with proven success in the construction or building materials sector?Do you thrive in fastpaced, competitive markets and know how to build a motivated, resultsdriven sales team?Bostik UK is looking for an outstanding National Sales Manager Construction to lead our fieldbased team, drive commercial performance, and deliver sustainable growth across the UK.Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director Construction, you will take full ownership of the Construction divisions sales, margin and cost performance. Youll lead a team of Area Sales Managers and a Key Account Manager, focusing on coaching, development, and highimpact customer engagement.This is a handson leadership role where youll spend significant time in the field, supporting the team, strengthening relationships with key customers, and ensuring we winconsistently and profitably.Own and deliver annual sales, margin and cost budgetsProvide clear objectives, accurate forecasting and disciplined executionLead, coach and develop the field sales team to exceed performance goalsDrive a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvementConduct joint customer visits to support, coach and elevate team capabilityBuild and maintain influential relationships with key customersLead strategic customer engagement to unlock new business opportunitiesImplement joint business plans aligned with customer and company goalsEnsure successful execution of new product launchesCollaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain teams on growth strategies, pricing and market executionMonitor competitor activity and market trends, responding with clear commercial actionsChampion the use of Salesforce, Power BI, SAP and BEX for data-led decision makingRepresent Bostik at industry events, customer meetings and internal forumsThis role operates within highly competitive, fastmoving construction markets, where innovation and customer understanding are critical.
