Job Description Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to launch your career in one of the UK's most technically demanding and rewarding sectors?Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading specialist engineering organisation in the nuclear and defence sectors to find a Graduate Systems Engineer to join their Stafford-based team.This is a rare entry point into a highly specialised field, with structured development, mentorship from experienced engineers, and the chance to work on projects that genuinely matter.The RoleYou'll be supported from day one as you get to grips with control system software design across a range of complex, safety-critical client projects. Working with PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems, you'll develop your technical skills across the full project lifecycle - from initial requirements and design through to build, testing, installation, and commissioning.This isn't a background role.
