HIU Engineer

HIU Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile - High End Residential Properties - London - Up to 48,000 Package Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Heat Interface UnitEngineer (HIU) to carry out planned and reactive maintenance toHIU units, across a number of residential properties in and around London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with HIU maintenance and a proven track record working in commercial or high end residential properties. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to 48,000 based on experience and a travel card. Key duties & Responsibilities Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU) Maintaining thermal stores, unvented cylinders, Air heat pumps Replacing pumps in the plant rooms Remedial works on theHIU General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders, HIUMaintenance Changing and servicing of water temp sensors etc. Bleeding radiators Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed timescales, managing the workload accordingly. Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and prioritise business needs. Consistently communicate effectively, in an appropriate manner, whilst building and maintaining positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
