Site ManagerProject Locations include London / Windsor / Chester Salary: Competitive CIS RateSelf EmployedWe are seeking an experienced 'skilled Site Manager to join our team working on our Commercial fit-out projects. This is a hands-on role for a confident, proactive, & experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced commercial environments. Commitment to commute to various sites will be required. We are a team of industry leaders, specialising in the execution of commercial, retail, hospitality & residential projects to the highest standard.Key responsibilities: ·        Implement and maintain effective site logistics throughout the project. ·        Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. ·        Lead and motivate site teams, while also being able to work autonomously. ·        Ensure full compliance with the Health & Safety Plan. ·        Manage the flow and distribution of construction information. ·        Coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work. ·        Oversee direct labour on site and maintain accurate daily records. Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Licences required: ·        UK Driving licence with access to own vehicle. ·        Experience in a similar role / Construction preferred. ·        Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects. ·        Qualification in Construction Management (or working towards one). ·        Valid First Aid certification. ·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. ·        Strong work ethic and positive attitude. ·        Ability to commute as projects are in various locations across the UK.
