Overview Engineering Study Programme ManagerLocation:St AustellSalary:£33,796.00 - £39,553.00 (CC48 - CC65, including Market Premium) Plus a potential additional payment of up to £6,000 through the Government's Targeted Retention SchemeTerms & Conditions:Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks)Closing Date:14 September 2025Interviews:TBCAbout the Role Based at St Austell, we are looking a qualified and experienced multi-skilled maintenance Engineer with a strong background in electrical to join our established Engineering Team as our Study Programme Manager. The role involves management of all aspects of the Study Programme(s) and aims to provide a positive experience for all learners enrolled - enabling them to achieve their maximum potential. You would be accountable for all aspects of the learner journey; providing advice & guidance, along with consistently high levels of teaching, learning and assessment.Skills and Experience It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 3 years relevant practical working industry experience. Experience of training or teaching in the industry is also desirable.
