Multi Skilled Carpenter

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Repairs and Maintenance works around St Albans areas Responsibilities: Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experienceRequirements: Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade Strong Health and Safety knowledge Experience of working in both occupied and void propertiesIf you feel like this role is for you, please attach an updated cv and we will be in touch Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
