Conference & Banqueting Supervisor

Were looking for a passionate and organised Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join our dedicated events team. In this role, youll lead and support the banqueting staff to deliver outstanding service for conferences, weddings and special events, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. What youll be doing: Leading, motivating and supporting the banqueting team. Overseeing event setups and breakdowns, ensuring layouts meet client requirements and brand standards. Coordinating with kitchen and service teams for smooth food and beverage delivery. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all event spaces. Acting as the main point of contact for clients during events, ensuring expectations are exceeded. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations. Managing stock levels, equipment and reporting maintenance needs. About you: Previous experience supervising in conferences, banqueting or hospitality is essential. A strong leader and team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
