The ideal Teaching Assistant will have: Previous experience in a similar role - supportingGCSE studentsas well as adiverse range of learnerswith special needs. Confidence in leadingsmall group sessions, including activities such ascurrent affairs,debate, and other engaging discussions (resources provided).
