Instructional Designer St Albans (with Hybrid working) The Organisation Our client is a powerhouse within the digital learning sector, enabling organisations to unlock their potential through digital content and solutions. Within their Bespoke Content Team, they seamlessly create, design and deliver tailored digital learning solutions, working within an agency business model. They are now looking for an Instructional Designer to join them on a permanent, full-time basis. The Role As the Instructional Designer, you will create innovative, evidence-based learning experiences that help clients achieve meaningful outcomes. Seeking to meet both learner and business needs, youll partner with clients to understand their learning requirements and transform complex information into clear, engaging journeys. You will then design and storyboard digital experiences that blend creativity with the desired outcomes and meet clients needs. This collaborative role will see you working with graphic designers, visual designers and developers, to ensure every project is cohesive, accessible and aligned with the clients vision. Additionally, you will: - Passionately and clearly present to clients to secure buy-in - Ensure all content has inclusivity and accessibility embedded at its heart About You To be considered as the Instructional Designer, you will need: - Proven experience in instructional design across digital and blended formats - Expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 - Strong storytelling and communication skills - The ability to analyse client needs and propose effective learning solutions - A passion for learning, innovation, and continuous development Other organisations may call this role Digital Learning Designer, eLearning Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or Learning Content Developer.
