This role offers a blend of office-based work in Peterborough (2 days per week) and community-based visits (3 days) across the South East of England.What Were Looking For:Valid NMC PinMinimum 5 years post-qualification experienceFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleStrong clinical judgement and the ability to manage a varied caseloadA genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred careInterested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Preferred Skills / ExperienceA&E or HDU experience, due to the fast-paced and complex nature of service users needsExperience working with both adults and children would be highly beneficialKey ResponsibilitiesLead clinical oversight of your caseload, creating and managing tailored care plansDeliver high-quality clinical training to Healthcare Assistants and Support WorkersEnsure safe, compliant and person-centred care deliveryReview clinical documentation, including MAR chartsBuild strong, supportive relationships with service users and their care teamsProvide ongoing mandatory training aligned with national standardsEssential Clinical SkillsAirway management (including tracheostomy care)Ventilation managementEnteral feedingSuctioningExperience delivering complex clinical interventionsKnowledge of spinal injury care, acquired brain injury and neurological conditions is advantageous, and additional training will be provided.Why Join Us?We understand the importance of balance.
