Annual salary: up to £29,598.16Maintenance Technician Sedgefield - SpennymoorPermanent - Full Time Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week Up to per annum £29,598.16 + Use of company van and fuel cardWhat we are looking for: Join our experienced team, carrying out a wide range of high-quality repairs across Livin's domestic, communal, and commercial properties. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, primarily focusing on external works within the repairs team. However, you may also be required to support void properties depending on service demand.We're dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
