The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.We are hiring Warehouse operatives to work on the Day shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, LincolnshireShift:5 days out of 7Hours:07:30- 18:00Pay rate:13.42 per hour ( 15.04 inc holiday pay rolled up )Key Responsibilities:Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficientlyPick items as per the guidelines provided.Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.Move goods aroud siteand load trailersFollow company policies and procedures at all timesRequirements: Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
