Property Solicitor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, with the ability to provide sound legal advice to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in legal practice. Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various matters. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements. Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to support client cases. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented. Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective legal strategies. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach favourable outcomes for clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of legal concepts. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills for managing multiple cases. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient I.T skills including Microsoft Office365 and matter based case management systems including LEAP, Speechwrite digital dictation and PLC library and precedent services. A solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing the legal profession.
