Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Long Sutton Shifts: 4 on / 4 off 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM 6:00 PM) Start Date: Immediate Overtime: Available Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team at our busy manufacturing facility in Long Sutton . This is a full-time, long-term position offering stable shift patterns, overtime opportunities, and an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance and carry out basic maintenance or troubleshooting Ensure production targets and quality standards are met Keep accurate records of production output and machine downtime Follow all health and safety procedures Work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or factory setting (essential) Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota Good attention to detail and quality standards Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to start work immediately Benefits: Consistent 4-on 4-off shift pattern Overtime opportunities available Supportive team environment TPBN1_UKTJ
