Machine Operator

About the Role: We are currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators to join production team at busy onion processing factory in Long Sutton . As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. Full training will be provided, but previous machine operating experience is required . Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery in line with production requirements Perform routine machine checks and report any issues to maintenance Ensure efficient and accurate production output Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area Adhere to all health and safety procedures Work effectively as part of a team in a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern Requirements: Previous experience as a Machine Operator is essential Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6AM6PM) on a rotating 4 on / 4 off schedule Good communication and teamwork skills Basic mechanical understanding or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and quality What We Offer: Competitive pay: 13.15/hour during training, rising to 13.30/hour Full training and support from experienced team leaders Stable 4-on-4-off shift pattern Opportunity to work in a supportive and safety-focused environment TPBN1_UKTJ
