Supervisor Team Leader

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day glasshouse operations, including nursery plant handling and care Lead and support staff during order picking and packing processes Use handheld scanner guns to pick, track, and verify orders accurately Monitor plant quality, presentation, and stock levels Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times Coordinate daily tasks to meet order deadlines and productivity targets Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems Train new staff on procedures, scanning systems, and quality standards Communicate effectively with management regarding workflow and issues Skills and Experience Good computer skills, including basic data entry and system use Experience with handheld scanner guns or warehouse-style order picking systems is an advantage Strong organizational and leadership skills Attention to detail, especially regarding plant quality and order accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Personal Attributes Reliable and punctual Team-oriented with a positive attitude Physically fit and comfortable working in a glasshouse environment Problem-solving mindset What We Offer Stable, full-time hours (Monday to Friday: 07:30am - 16:30pm ) Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the business TPBN1_UKTJ
