Team Leader

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Team Leader to join a busy nursery plant operation . The ideal candidate will have experience working in horticulture or warehouse environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a small team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Leading a team of workers in the nursery plant area Coordinating daily picking and packing operations Using gun scanners (handheld barcode devices) to pick and track stock accurately Maintaining accurate records using computer systems (basic admin/data entry tasks) Communicating clearly with staff and supervisors in English Monitoring quality control and ensuring company standards are met Reporting any issues or delays to management Supporting training of new staff as needed Ensuring health & safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times Requirements: Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (preferred) Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, using internal systems) Experience using gun scanners for order picking Ability to speak and understand English Good organisational skills and attention to detail Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments Reliable, punctual, and able to motivate others Benefits: Full-time, Monday to Friday work Sometimes Sunday Daytime hours: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM Supportive team environment Opportunities for progression Weekly pay TPBN1_UKTJ
