What Youll Be Doing:Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)from troubleshooting user issues to managing data, permissions, and configuration.Support multiple UK-based entities and locations.Manage and track support tickets through the internal helpdesk.Work cross-functionally with teams (finance, operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver smart solutions.Assist in system configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.Deliver training and onboarding for new usersensuring best practices are followed.Support integrations with other platforms (e.g. Power Platform, third-party extensions).Liaise with external vendors or Microsoft partners for escalated issues.Participate in testing and validating updates and enhancements.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
