Property Solicitor / Fee Earner | Spalding | Full Time, Hybrid Working | 45,000 per annum OTE 60,000Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.Our client is an experienced firm of solicitors based in Spalding and Holbeach, offering a range of services including wills, powers of attorney and probate, as well as residential and commercial property services, family law and business law advice to clients across South Lincolnshire and North Cambridgeshire.They are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor / Fee Earner to join the busy team at their Spalding office.Are you the right person for the job?A minimum of 5 years' PQE in property lawSolid experience handling residential property transactionsStrong client care, communication, and organisational skillsThe ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervisionA collaborative approach to working within a supportive teamConfidence working alongside a 10-year qualified Level 3 CILEx Property Executive and experienced Legal Support AssistantsSome commercial property and agricultural property experience would be useful but not essentialWhat will your role look like?Manage a varied caseload of residential property workWork closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client serviceContribute to the continued success and growth of the departmentEnsure compliance with firm and regulatory standardsWhat can you expect in return?45,000 per annum OTE 60,000Hybrid working available41 days paid leave per year (25 days annual leave + 16 additional paid days)Generous performance based bonus to earn significantly above base salary (recent examples range from 5,00020,000)Comprehensive administrative support from two experienced Legal Support AssistantsSupportive and professional working environment within one of Lincolnshire's most respected and long-established law firmsWhat's next?
