What the role entails: Customer Engagement & Enquiries: Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base. Lead Management & Follow-Up: Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention. Sales & Target Achievement: Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals. Product Knowledge & Promotion: Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
