Job DescriptionOne of the regions most highly regarded Clinical Negligence teams is growing and looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive) to join their team in Southport.This Legal 500-ranked firm has built a strong reputation in claimant Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury law, and offers an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-value cases within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The Role:Youll manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, from instruction through to settlement or trial. Cases will involve both pre-litigated and litigated claims, giving you a broad and challenging workload.
