About the role IPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre, the role includes: Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage, and booking patient appointments Document scanning and email management Patient billing and payment collection Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager Skills & experience Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential) Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment Exceptional customer service, data entry, and communication skills Proven multi-tasking, problem solving, and time management skills Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential) Career-progression opportunities Flexible working arrangements Experienced teams and a safe environment How to apply Select ' Apply for this job ' to submit your application.
