The successful candidate would work closely with the Courses Manager, to present the courses and estate to the highest standards. The club has a thriving membership and is a regular host to significant events, including the upcoming R&A Senior Amateur Championship in 2026.The club are constantly investing in improving the courses with investment in a large machinery leasing arrangement and recent replacement of two of the three irrigation systems.The team have also recently completed an in-house bunker renovation project, which addressed all bunkers across the estate. We are a club committed to sustainability and the environment with most of the estate being designated SSSI.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to significantly contribute to the ongoing development of the estate and assist in delivering our vision and living our purpose. Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential. This is a physical role so a good level of physical fitness is required.
