A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor (NQ3 years PQE) to join their busy Dispute Resolution Department at their Southend-on-Sea Head Office. For candidates based closer to Chelmsford, there may be flexibility to work from their Hatfield Peverel office. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to develop their litigation career within a supportive and professional environment. Litigation Solicitor Key Responsibilities Handle a varied caseload within the litigation team Advise and represent clients in residential possession proceedings and landlord/tenant disputes Support on broader litigation matters including contract disputes, debt recovery, land disputes, contentious probate, and employment issues Maintain high standards of client care and legal accuracy Litigation Solicitor Requirements Qualified Solicitor (NQ3 years PQE) Strong attention to detail Ability to manage a busy caseload Team-oriented Excellent communication skills Ideal experience to include experience in residential possession and landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery, land disputes (e.g. trespass, easements), contentious probate, employment matters.
