CRM Manager - Online Gaming & Sports Betting Salary: £40,000-£45,000, up to £50,000 for the right person Location: Fully Remote - must be freelance or via third-party partnerI'm working with an established international gaming and sportsbook brand to recruit a CRM Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid CRM experience in iGaming to take on a role that blends strategy and hands-on delivery, with direct exposure to the CEO and CMO.The role will involve:Planning, building, and executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app.Delivering 30+ campaigns per week, including HTML set-up, testing, and deployment.Using segmentation and insights to improve engagement and retention.Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and recommending improvements.Running A/B tests to optimise campaigns.Supporting onboarding of new casino operators and games, and building out automated lifecycle journeys.What we're looking for:2-3+ years' CRM experience, with iGaming strongly preferred.Confident communicator, able to present to C-suite.Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and proactive.Mentoring experience would be a bonus, but people management is not essential.Why apply?Exposure to CEO, CMO, and senior stakeholders.Influence over both CRM strategy and execution.Opportunity to lead and mentor a small team.Global remit, with a focus on the UK and international markets including Mexico.
