Manufacturing Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – ManufacturingWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a key role supporting manufacturing and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in manufacturing who is passionate about delivering results through structured project management.About the Role:As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management activities for manufacturing-based projectsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are metIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesCommunicate project progress to stakeholders at all levelsDrive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operationsRequirements:Proven experience managing projects in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong understanding of production processes and operational workflowsExcellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Agile, MS Project)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressureEligible to work in the UK without sponsorshipPreferred:Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fieldProfessional project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM)If you are a motivated and experienced Project Manager looking to make an impact in a manufacturing environment, we would love to hear from you.
