An established iGaming company is looking to add to the Legal team by hiring a Legal Counsel (UK qualified).The role:• Deliver practical, business-focused legal advice across the Group.• Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial contracts including sales, licensing, distribution, platform, support, and confidentiality agreements.• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business goals.• Build strong working relationships with teams across the organisation to deepen your understanding of our business priorities and tailor your legal support accordingly.• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategy in line with broader company goals.• Take part in regular legal team meetings and collaborate on work prioritisation and planning.• Demonstrate curiosity and agility by learning new areas of law and taking ownership of key portfolios.• Ensure compliance with internal approvals and risk management frameworks.• Support the business in identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks.• Keep legal colleagues informed of key developments and provide timely updates in regular review sessions.Requirements:• 2 – 3 years PQE- UK Qualified Solicitor• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Enthusiasm to learn and grow as part of a supportive, high-performing legal team.Culture:• A flexible culture/environment- collaborative, transparent and inclusive • The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and shape the legal function• A business that values innovation, agility, and continuous improvementExcellent benefits are also available with a path for success and progression.
