Corporate Legal Counsel

This group is rapidly expanding its global footprint to meet the increasing demand for secure, scalable, and high-performance digital infrastructure. As one of the largest operators in the industry, the company manages a vast portfolio of facilities across more than 20 countries, delivering multi-gigawatt IT capacity to support enterprise, hyperscale, and public sector clients.With a strong presence throughout EMEA-including key markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and the UK-the organization is seeking a mid-level Commercial Counsel to support customer-facing and sales-driven contracts across the region.Location: Fully remote, based in Europe.Language Requirement: Fluency in German is essential.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate colocation agreements with customers.Manage a broad range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, vendor agreements, real estate and leasing documents, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.Provide legal guidance to internal teams, clients, vendors, and global affiliates.Enhance and maintain contract templates and negotiation procedures.Support routine corporate governance and documentation needs.Qualifications:Qualified LawyerMinimum of 4 years PQE in commercial or corporate law.Prior experience in the data center industry, particularly with colocation agreements, is highly preferred.
