Dynamics 365 Support Analyst - £45k - Hampshire We are seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a growing and dynamic Microsoft Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in CRM support and customisation who is looking to grow into a consultancy or development role. You'll be part of a small but skilled team supporting varied Dynamics 365 environments, including Power Platform technologies.Responsibilities:Log and process customer issues and requests using Dynamics 365Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or onsite visitsManage support tickets effectively in line with SLAsSupport project-related tasks including CRM improvements and new implementationsAssist in onboarding new clients and environmentsMaintain a high standard of customer communication and internal updatesIdentify opportunities for automation and process enhancement using Power Platform toolsExperience:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a desktop or CRM support roleStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customisation (fields, forms, business rules, workflows)Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security roles and settingsExperience with data handling, imports/exports, and validationExposure to PowerApps, Power Automate, and JavaScriptAwareness of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and Entra setupExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamSalary:Up to £45,000 depending on experience Benefits Mentorship ProgrammeLocation:Hybrid – Must be able to attend the office during probationOffice based in Hampshire – easily commutable from surrounding countiesHow to ApplyApplications are welcome from professionals with Dynamics 365 CRM support and customisation experience.Please apply asap with your CV to be considered for this position.
