The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing commercial client accounts within the insurance sector and must be highly proficient in using Acturis to handle policy administration and client servicing.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial clients across various industriesHandle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business quotationsLiaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and coverMaintain and update client records using ActurisProvide accurate and timely documentation to clients and insurersSupport the Account Executives in client meetings and developmentEnsure compliance with FCA regulations and company proceduresRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a commercial insurance roleSolid working knowledge of Acturis software (essential)Strong understanding of UK commercial insurance products (SME, Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, etc.)Excellent communication and customer service skillsCert CII qualification (or working towards it) is desirableAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlines What We OfferCompetitive salary and bonus structureSupportive team environment and ongoing professional developmentOpportunity to work with a well-respected brokerage and grow within the business
