STRATEGIC ASSET MANAGERLocation: West Midlands / South EastHours: 40 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Asset Manager to join our collaborative client account team based in the West Midlands/South EastThis role offers an outstanding opportunity to advance your asset management career, contributing directly to the optimisation of a diverse and high-profile built estate.Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll help define and deliver asset management strategy across M&E and fabric systems – improving performance, lifecycle outcomes, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport client understanding of asset responsibilities through tailored documentation and trainingEnsure robust assurance by evaluating system performance and identifying root causes of asset issuesMonitor and investigate asset performance against expected benchmarksManage action tracking using , working closely with project leadsConvert CAD drawings to PDF and update data across internal platformsCompile site packs for surveyors and compliance teams, including SFG20 regulatory referencesFoster effective working relationships with internal departments and subcontractorsProvide general administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouProven experience as an Asset Manager - gained within the Facilities Management (FM) sectorStrong knowledge of technical services and their influence on operational performanceExcellent problem-solving and project management skillsAnalytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalSFG20 experienceGood Ms Office skills – PowerPoint, Word etcAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-look ups etc),Familiarity with asset databases and digital workflow systems (e.g. )Technical Engineering degree (or equivalent)IAM Certificate in Asset ManagementWhy Join ISS?At ISS, we connect people and places to make the world work better.
