Provide 24/7 second-line support ensuring services align with Lely standards and value proposition.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Operate according to the TSS competence ways of working.Develop TSS competence and Business Team proposition through feedback.Follow safety and security guidelines and act as a role model.Operational Support Offer 24/7 second-line support, conduct technical audits, and field visits.Handle incidents properly and ensure correct implementation of product updates.Training Deliver training and coaching, manage certification process.Maintain technician knowledge within the Lely context and respond to knowledge gaps.Projects Validate Lely solutions and share feedback.May be appointed SPOC for TSS Competence Ways of Working within the cluster.QualificationsMechanical, electrical, automation, and pneumatic technical knowledgeRequired SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective planning and training skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and adaptableWillingness to travel frequentlyComfortable working with diverse agricultural professionalsGood organisational and IT skills Preferred SkillsMust hold a clean, valid driving licenceMust be flexible and able to travel oftenMust hold a valid passportPay range and compensation packageThis job description may be adjusted to reflect the company’s business needs.Equal Opportunity StatementLely is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.Closing Date31st of July 2025
