The Managing Consultant will own client relationships during services engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and lead a team of consultants to achieve quality outcomes and benefit realisation for clients while maintaining internal financial performance.How You’ll Spend Your TimeDelivering end-to-end solutions with continuous client engagement to ensure seamless implementationOwning the implementation process from point of sale through to final handoverCollaborating with Customer Success to align on client objectives and solution buildsDriving adoption and value realisation post-implementation to embed solutions and deliver outcomesCreating and maintaining project documentation to UK Services standardsManaging risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolutionEnsuring all engagements are delivered on time and within budgetPartnering with Sales to set accurate implementation expectations during pre-salesAssigning qualified resources to projects and monitoring availabilityTracking pipeline projects and flagging resourcing challenges proactivelySetting clear, measurable goals for direct reports and mentoring team membersReviewing weekly utilisation reports and taking corrective action when neededMaintaining project governance and acting as project code ownerWhat Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You HavingFamiliarity with RLDatix Risk solutions or similar healthcare technologyProven success in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiencesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standardExperience in team leadership, mentoring, and talent developmentStrong commercial awareness with understanding of budgeting and cost control
