With continued growth and exciting new projects ahead, they are seeking a dynamic leader to help shape their future direction.The RoleAs FPGA Manager, you will take ownership of digital design activity across the company’s product portfolio. This position combines hands-on engineering with leadership and strategic influence. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, from requirements capture and architecture through to design, verification and integration, ensuring best practice, efficiency and high-quality delivery.You will mentor and inspire a team of engineers at varying levels, setting direction, allocating resources effectively and building a high-performance culture. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence system-level architecture and guide the long-term technology roadmap.Candidate RequirementsA degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical fieldExtensive experience in FPGA design and developmentA proven track record in leading teams or managing significant technical programmesA strong knowledge of the full hardware development lifecycle from concept through to validation and testExcellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsA solid understanding of FPGA design methodologies and workflowsThe PackageSalary up to £85,000 depending on experienceHybrid working for added flexibilityA comprehensive benefits package
