Salary to £75,000 + tremendously generous benefits including 33 days holidayStunning City based offices Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)09:30-17:30 working hoursWe’re looking for a Professional Development Manager to lead the development of business professionals across Europe and Asia Pacific. This is a strategic, hands-on role, working closely with the Director of Professional Development – Europe & Asia Pacific, alongside a high-performing and global team, to design and deliver learning experiences that make a meaningful difference.Professional Development Manager Key Responsibilities:Partner with key stakeholders to assess development needs and identify skills gaps among business professionals across the regionDesign effective and engaging learning solutions, using best practices in adult learning and instructional designDevelop a range of learning formats including facilitator-led sessions, blended programmes, asynchronous content, simulations, knowledge checks, and assessmentsDeliver and facilitate select learning programmes to support individual growth and team performanceLead programme implementation, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication plans, while keeping stakeholders informed throughoutCollaborate closely with Learning & Development colleagues globally to ensure consistency, alignment, and excellence in programme deliveryStay abreast of developments in professional development, learning technologies and instructional design trendsMentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growthProfessional Development Manager Skills & Requirements:Previous Professional Development experience in a similar role within a large law firm Degree-qualified, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience designing and delivering learning and development programmesStrong experience consulting with internal or external stakeholders to identify learning needs and shape effective solutionsFamiliarity with behavioural assessment tools and how to integrate them into learning programmes would be highly advantageous Experience using learning management systems (such as Cornerstone)Experience working within a global team and across multiple time zones
