Youll assess and support experienced electrical engineers as they transition into green technologies, delivering training to the highest industry standards under LCL Awards and EAL.What You'll DoDeliver and assess hands-on Solar PV, battery storage (EESS), and EVCP installation trainingWork face-to-face with qualified electricians expanding into the renewables sectorSupport candidates through LCL Awards and EAL-accredited qualificationsHelp develop and deliver short-course content aligned with the UKs Net Zero targetsNo Assessing Experience? No Problem.SERT will fully support your transition with funded teaching qualifications (Level 3 Award in Education & Training) and assessor awards (TAQA/A1).
