Our style ethos aligns with brands like Jil Sander, The Frankie Shop, and select Australian & UK labels.Role OverviewWe are seeking a forward-thinking designer with a strong eye for proportion, texture, and unique detailing. You’ll work closely with our founder to translate brand direction into elevated collections that stand apart in the market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creative autonomy but can also execute with precision and speed.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop seasonal and capsule collections that align with our brand DNA.Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production.Manage communication with factories to ensure clarity, speed, and accurate execution.Work with our technical designer to ensure pattern accuracy and garment fit.Source unique trims, finishes, and fabrications in partnership with our sourcing team.Maintain awareness of international fashion trends without leaning on fast-fashion aesthetics.Move designs from sketch to sample quickly while maintaining a high standard of detail.QualificationsProven experience designing for a premium or luxury contemporary brand.Strong understanding of minimal yet directional design.Technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and production processes.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD software.A global design perspective — ideally with experience across markets in Europe, Australia, or Asia.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.To ApplyApplicants must provide a portfolio link for consideration.
