With a boutique hotel experience, refined guest services, and world-class amenities, we are setting the benchmark for five-star country retreats in the UK.About the Role We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Front Office & Training Manager to lead our guest-facing operations while also owning the development and delivery of our hotel-wide training initiatives. This is a rare dual-role opportunity for someone who thrives in both operational leadership and people development.What You’ll Be DoingGuest Services & Front OfficeLead and inspire the front office team to deliver outstanding service.Manage VIP check-ins, reservations, guest billing, and concierge coordination.Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Be the go-to problem solver for our guests, handling requests and resolving issues with professionalism and grace.Learning & DevelopmentDesign, implement, and evaluate internal training programmes.Lead onboarding and induction for new joiners.Partner with heads of department to identify development needs and upskill teams.Use e-learning and in-person sessions to drive a culture of continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For3+ years in a front office leadership role, ideally in luxury or boutique hospitality.Strong interest or background in team training, coaching or mentoring.Impeccable communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.A guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.Experience with hotel systems (PMS, LMS) is desirable.Why We OfferCompetitive salary: Up to 55,000 based on experienceBe part of a heritage brand in a new era of luxury hospitality.Enjoy a collaborative culture and the freedom to shape both service and learning experiences.Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.Apply NowIf you’re ready to bring both operational excellence and team development to life in a one-of-a-kind setting, we’d love to hear from you.
