As we grow, were looking for a Joinery Operative to join our hands-on production team.About the Role:This is a great opportunity for a skilled or semi-skilled Joiner to work in a dynamic workshop environment. Youll be involved in manufacturing timber products using hand tools and machinery, reading technical drawings, and assembling components to exact specifications.Key Responsibilities:Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand toolsInterpret and work from technical drawings and cutting listsAssemble and finish timber frames, panels, and bespoke productsCarry out quality checks throughout the production processMaintain a clean and safe working environmentSupport the installation or fitting team as neededWhat Were Looking For:? Previous experience in joinery or timber manufacturing (preferred)? Confident using woodworking tools and machinery? Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings? Good attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship? Physically fit some heavy lifting and manual handling involved?
