This is a field-based, customer-facing role where you'll focus on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and supporting FM providers, property managers, and building operators with tailored technical solutions. You'll use your technical knowledge and commercial awareness to spot opportunities, understand customer challenges, and deliver cost-effective solutions that meet their needs.Responsibilities include:Develop and grow business within the Facilities Management sectorIdentify and secure new clients while managing existing accountsConduct site visits to assess requirements and provide technical recommendationsPrepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical documentationWork closely with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful deliveryNegotiate contracts and close sales in line with company targetsMaintain accurate CRM records and sales forecastsRepresent the company professionally at client meetings and industry eventsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in field sales within an engineering, technical, or industrial environmentStrong understanding of the Facilities Management sectorExperience dealing with Facilities Managers, Building Managers, or FM providersExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCommercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsFull, clean driver's licenseExperience selling into commercial buildings, industrial sites, or multi-site portfoliosKnowledge of maintenance contracts, service agreements, or compliance requirementsWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
