If thats you, youll fit well at Ares What youll need UK Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (around 24 years PQE) Experience with commercial contracts A commercial mindset and the initiative that matches Confidence to take responsibility Personality (We talk like humans here, not robots) The Package Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 dependent upon experience, plus 10% commission on any work you win and bring into the business 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays Real progression, were a small business so its all growth from here on out!
