This is a chance to step into a business that’s at an exciting stage of development where your ideas and input will genuinely shape how HSE is delivered across multiple sites in the South of England.You’ll work alongside an experienced HSE leadership team, supporting the roll-out of new systems, strengthening compliance, and driving engagement at every level. This role would suit someone who wants to grow their career in an environment that values initiative, encourages development, and gives you the space to make a real difference.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and roll-out of HSE systems across several businessesCarry out site inspections, audits, and ensure site complianceProvide practical health and safety support to site teamsAdvise on legal compliance and best practiceDrive a positive safety culture and promote engagement at all levelsLiaise with senior stakeholders to improve overall safety performanceWhat We’re Looking For:1-2 years HSE experienceMust have a background within construction (e.g. housebuilding, scaffolding, roofing or similar)NEBOSH or equivalent qualificationConfident communicator with a proactive and hands-on approachWillingness to travel to multiple sites across the Southern region
